Cancellations and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
As per Australian Consumer Laws, Sex Doll Australia is not obligated to issue refunds or replacements if a customer decides to cancel their purchase due to a change of mind.
If a cancellation request is made due to personal reasons—such as financial difficulties, changes in family circumstances, or any other personal situation—it will be classified as a Change of Mind, and this policy will be enforced accordingly.
Refund Considerations: In cases where a refund is exceptionally approved, certain fees will be deducted to cover non-reimbursable transaction and processing charges incurred on our end. These include:
- Transaction Fee: A variable amount based on the total order value, as this cost is not refunded to us by the payment provider.
- Cancellation Fee: A fixed charge of $100, in addition to the transaction fee.
We strongly advise all customers to be fully certain about their purchase before placing an order. Once a doll has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
Pre-Order Production Policy
For pre-order dolls, production typically begins within 3 days after the order is placed. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible in cases of change of mind. This is because each doll is custom-made to order, and reselling can be extremely challenging due to its personalized specifications. If the manufacturer is unable to resell the doll, we may be required to purchase it ourselves, incurring shipping, customs, and tax costs. To avoid any complications, please be absolutely certain before placing your order.
Important Note: All dolls are produced on demand, meaning they are not pre-made or stocked by the manufacturer in advance.
Returns & Refunds for Opened or Used Dolls
Once a doll has been unboxed, washed, or used, it will be classified as a used product, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. This policy excludes cases of damage during transit, which are handled separately.
As soon as a doll is opened and handled, it is considered a used sex toy. Due to hygiene regulations and industry standards, we do not resell used products. Given the intimate nature of these items, we have a strict no-return policy once the doll has been accepted by the customer. Please take this into account when making your purchase.
Doll Care & Material Precautions
Our dolls are made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) or silicone, both of which are designed to mimic human skin. Due to their softness, proper care is essential to prevent tears, rips, or damage. If the provided care instructions are not followed, material damage may occur.
For TPE dolls, the standing foot studs naturally protrude from small openings under the feet. To prevent damage:
- Always use socks and shoes when moving your doll in a standing position.
- Avoid dragging the feet on hard surfaces, as this can enlarge the stud holes or tear the TPE material.
In-Stock Dolls – Returns & Refunds Policy
The same no-return and no-refund policy applies to in-stock dolls shipped from Melbourne. If an in-stock doll has been fully unwrapped, washed, or used, it is not eligible for return. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot resell a product that has already been in a customer's possession.
Cancellations for Shipped In-Stock Dolls
Once an in-stock doll has been labeled and collected by the courier, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. At this stage, the doll is already en route to your destination, and it is not feasible to intercept or retrieve the package from the shipping company.
To avoid any issues, please carefully consider your purchase before ordering, as all sales are final once the shipping process has begun.
